time for taking consistent action

Taking consistent action is critical for achieving your goals!

If you have a dream – something you really want to achieve, you need to be willing to do something to get it. Sitting around thinking happy thoughts about it is incredibly helpful in getting you into the right vibrational alignment with your dream, but it’s not actually enough to make it manifest in your life. If you really want to climb that mountain, you’re going to have to start taking consistent action.

But what if it’s a really big dream or goal? Where do you even begin? How do you know what sort of action to take and when? For some, these kinds of thoughts can be completely overwhelming, to the point where you just stall and end up doing nothing at all. So what do you do?

The key to dealing with overwhelm and “analysis paralysis” is to start small. Create a road map; a plan and a strategy for how you’re going to make your dream come true, and all the things you’re going to need to do to make it happen. Then break all those things down into smaller and smaller components, until you get to individual, easy-to-handle tasks. It’s not so overwhelming when you’ve got a “to-do” list of tasks that you know you can accomplish. And if you make it a point to do a little bit every day, you’ll find yourself getting inevitably closer to making the big dream a reality. Even one item crossed off your list every day adds up over time!

Don’t be scared away from your big dreams – if you have the dream, it’s there for a reason! And you really can make it happen. Just remember to break it down into bite-sized pieces, taking consistent action, and making a commitment to yourself that you will do at least one of those “pieces” every single day. Before you know it, you’ll actually be there and people will be asking you how you did it!
