The purpose of visualizing your goals is to train your subconscious mind into accepting your success as a foregone conclusion – basically, you’re using your imagination to program yourself into believing that what you want to achieve is inevitable. You are creating an expectation within you that what you want to create will come to pass.
Our beliefs and expectations direct our actions (or inactions) and shape our reality. So when we come to believe, at a core level, that we will have what we want… we end up making it happen. We manifest the desire into our physical lives. Visualization is one of the most powerful tools we have for achieving this kind of core belief.
