In last week’s video, we talked about how women tend to sabotage their own success by tuning out the “whispers from within” that tell them what they’re meant to do in life. We learned the why of self-sabotage, but we were left with the bigger question of how to stop sabotaging yourself. In other words, how can you find your direction, and how do you keep yourself from succumbing to those nasty inner critics that tell you that you can’t?
There are a few steps that you can take to help you with this, and in today’s video, I’m going to share a 4-step process that comes directly from my new book, fearLESS: How to Conquer Your Fear, Stop Playing Small, and Start Living an Extraordinary Life You Love.
You can do, have, or become anything that you want in life; there are no limitations to what you are capable of achieving, except for the ones you place on yourself. It doesn’t matter where you started from or what your circumstances are; the only one with the power to make you succeed or fail in life is you.
If you’d like help moving past your own fears and overcoming your subconscious self-sabotage, I’ve set up a special page where you can learn more about fearLESS. If you’re ready to dive right in and start making things happen, you can also pick the book up directly on Amazon.
And if you have already had to deal with self-sabotaging behaviour on your own quest for success, what happened, and how did you get through it? Share your experience in the comments below!
